How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Keepingrobin Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Keepingrobin Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Keepingrobin Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@keepingrobin.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may also help.
